Our female group coaching programme is designed to improve women’s strength, body composition and overall confidence in and outside of the gym.
Within this programme, we help women achieve a variety of goals from fat loss, muscle gain or improving overall fitness.
With a blend of resistance and cardiovascular based training, we ensure that our programme is well suited to match the needs of all females of mixed abilities and fitness levels.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have plenty of experience, we are confident that our female training club will challenge and inspire you to meet your fitness goals.
